Facility 

We are a private facility offering, 12X12 stalls in a custom barn with tack room, large pastures, 100X 200 all-weather arena with special all weather footing and lights, hot and cold water wash racks and a full recreation room. All horses are turned out Monday through Friday in one of four large pastures and are fed three times per day. Independence Farm is the second location of the Valoche Equestrian Team. Boarders who are training with Valerie will be training at both facilities. Valoche is one mile up the road and the beach, one of our favorite training locations, is approximately 15 miles from the barn.
